With the new HE Travel “Deposits for Life” program, you will never lose your deposit, even if you are forced to delay your vacation. We will retain your initial deposit (one per person, per confirmed tour) for an unlimited time. It’s that simple—no extra charge—no questions asked.
Your “Deposit for Life” can be used on any future tour. “Deposits for Life” are transferable to another traveler of your choice at no additional charge.
If you need to cancel or delay a trip, we make sure your deposit is applied toward your next great gay adventure!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You will be issued one “Deposit for Life” per canceled tour, to the value of the unused deposit made on that tour.
Deposits For Life cannot be combined and only one deposit can be applied to your next tour.
Deposits For Life cannot exceed the total value of the per-person price of the new tour. There will be no credit or refund of the difference.
The Deposit for Life Program is limited to the value of the original deposit. If the deposit requirements of the new tour being booked are higher than your “Deposit for Life” then the difference must be paid in order to confirm the new booking.
Private Groups, Co-Sold Launches & Custom Tours do not qualify for “Deposits for Life”. If you are signing up for a co-sold tour; the terms and conditions may vary. Please check the partner’s terms and conditions.
Deposits for Life will not be issued for expired options, nor for tours canceled by force majeure.
If you cancel a second time, having used your “Deposit For Life” to confirm the second tour, then your original “Deposit for Life” will be canceled. We will issue a new “Deposit for Life” for the value of the original deposit amount of the second tour minus a $100 processing fee.
Deposits for Life, are not refundable in cash – but you can use your “Deposit for Life” to confirm your next tour with us using no cash down except where the required deposit on the new tour exceeds the value of the original deposit.
Final payments are due 90 days before departure. Final payments must be made by this date to maintain your reservation. If final payments are not made within 10 business days of the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled and we will issue you a credit for your “Deposit for Life” minus a $100 processing fee.
When you’re ready to book another adventure with us simply use your “Deposit for Life” to confirm your tour!
